Chef Michael Neylan started his cooking career 25 years ago in Connecticut. he graduated from J.M Wright Culinary School and worked in various high-end bakeries, restaurants and for 15 # plus years owned his own catering company where he had various corporate, private and celebrity clients. As well as gourmet In-flight charter airline catering for westchester and other Connecticut airports.

He honed his skills during that time as a private chef to various private jet clients with very finicky tastes and demands.
